Working name of UK author Olga Louisa Elisabeth King-Hall (1897-1985), whose Fly Envious Time (1944) posits a Near-Future world in which Eugenics dominates and by 1979 women have achieved full equality in the Federal Union of Democracy; World War Three follows rather rapidly, however, in 1999.
