(1967- ) Canadian author, married to A M Dellamonica, who began to publish work of genre interest with "The Three Resurrections of Jessica Churchill" in Clarkesworld for February 2015. Waters of Versailles (10 June 2015 Tor.com; 2015 ebook) is an historical fantasy. Of sf interest is Gods, Monsters, and the Lucky Peach (2018), which begins in the moderately distant Near Future, after Homo sapiens has begun to leave its Underground redoubts or Keeps a century or so after Ecological catastrophes (see Climate Change) had made the surface uninhabitable; at this point, Time Travel threads infiltrate the narrative, leading the protagonist back to 2000 BCE, from which vantage points she may save our bacon. Robson's A Human Stain (4 January 2017 Tor.com; 2017 ebook) won a Nebula as best novelette. [JC]
