Pseudonym of UK author Hilda Caroline Gregg (1868-1933), whose Graustarkian (see George Barr McCutcheon; Ruritania) Balkan trilogy, beginning with An Uncrowned King: A Romance of High Politics (December 1895-June 1896 Blackwood's Magazine anon; 1896), edges into the Near Future with a campaign (failed) to return Palestine to the Jews.
