Jarrett, Cora

Working name of Cora Hardy Jarrett (1877-1969), who began to publish work of genre interest with "The Latch-Key" (December 1928 Vanity Fair) as by Faraday Keene. Her novel Strange Houses: A Tale (1936) features a scientific experiment – psychic rather than technological – that brings about Identity Exchange between two women, one middle-aged and the other a nineteen-year-old striptease dancer.
