Italian born author (1870-1948), probably in US from 1889; he is probably the Marcian F Rossi whose dates are as below. The protagonists of his only sf work, A Trip to Mars (1920 chap), after discussions with Hugo Gernsback and Nikolai Tesla, travel by solar-powered Spaceship to an advanced Mars, in effect a Lost World ruled by ancient Romans; on their return, they utilize an advanced Ray to melt down Turkish and German armaments.
