Teitelbaum, Michael

(?   -    ) US author of several Young Adult Ties to various Superhero series or films, including two Spider-Man stories: The Adventures of Spider-Man (2002), novelizing Spider-Man (2002), and Spider-Man 2: Friends and Foes (2004 chap), novelizing Spider-Man 2 (2004). Arrival (2002) novelizes Smallville (2002-2011); The Last Airbender Movie Novelization (2010) novelizes The Last Airbender (2010) (see M Night Shyamalan), with Trial by Fire (2010 chap) as a pendant. The Garfield's Police Force books are cartoon fantasy; his contributions to the You're Invited to a Creepover sequence are juvenile horror. The Scary States of America (coll 2007), ostensibly nonfiction, is a narrated tour of parts of America, where hauntings and horrors are described. [JC]
