(1960- ) US film journalist, editor and author who began to publish work of genre interest with "The Music of Classic Star Trek" in the official fan magazine Star Trek: Communicator #109 for November/December 1996. He was senior editor of Cinefantastique magazine in its final incarnation as CFQ (2002-2006). Bond returned to the Star Trek franchise with two book-length studies, The Art of Star Trek: The Kelvin Timeline (2017) and Star Trek: The Motion Picture: Inside the Art & Visual Effects (2020) with Gene Kozicki. He also explored the Cinema and Television work of Irwin Allen in The Fantasy Worlds of Irwin Allen (2024). [DRL]
