(1950-    ) US author, poet and critic who began to publish work of genre interest with "Kiss an Angel Good Morning" in Etchings & Odysseys #1 for 1973. He has contributed to the considerable critical apparatus that has accreted about the work of Gene Wolfe with Solar Labyrinth: Exploring Gene Wolfe's Book of the New Sun (2004) – focusing specifically on The Book of the New Sun – and The Long and the Short of It: More Essays on the Fiction of Gene Wolfe (coll 2006). Borski has also published collections of Poetry beginning with Blood Wallah and Other Poems (coll 2011). [DRL]
