(? - ) US academic, author and critic, for many years a professor of English until she retired in 1999. She published two useful books on Theodore Sturgeon: the Bibliography Theodore Sturgeon: A Primary and Secondary Bibliography (1980), and the Starmont House study Theodore Sturgeon (1981 chap) as Lahna Diskin. From 1982 to 1985 she also reviewed for Science Fiction & Fantasy Book Review and Fantasy Review. [DRL]
