(1955- ) US editor, sf researcher and historian, son of Earl Kemp. He is the author of The Anthem Series: A Guide to the Science Fiction, Fantasy, Horror and Weird Specialty Publishers of the Golden Age (2013), art books including the Robert Bonfils collection The Cover Art of Robert Bonfils: from the archives of Greenleaf Classics (graph 2013), and two extensive bibliographic databases. Kemp has also edited several volumes of sf stories – and one of SF Magazine essays – by his godfather Rog Phillips, beginning with The Complete Lefty Baker (coll 2012) [see Checklist below] in the Best of Rog Phillips fiction sequence. Several instalments of his Fanzine review column "The Club House" appeared in the current online incarnation of Amazing Stories, 2013-2014. [DRL]
