(1968- ) US author of a Tie to the Star Trek universe, Star Trek: The Next Generation #20: Spartacus (1992) as T L Mancour. He is also of sf interest for two self-published Sequels by Another Hand to H Beam Piper's Space Viking (November 1962-June 1963 Analog; 1963): Prince of Tanith (2011 ebook) and Princess Valerie's War (2011 ebook). The likewise self-published Casanova's Butterfly sequence opening with Bad Penny (2017) deals with erotic exploits facilitated by Time Travel; a trilogy is projected.
Much of Mancour's energy since 2011 has been focused on the lengthy Spellmonger fantasy sequence [not listed below], again self-published and projected to reach 30 or more volumes. [JC/DRL]
