(1986- ) Portuguese artist, poet, publisher and filmmaker whose various activities are united by an exploration of issues of Gender Identity, queer representation and Ecological issues. Their entry for the Venice Biennale in 2022, Vampires in Space (2022), combined an exhibition design which placed visitors inside a gothic-inspired Spaceship, a three-channel narrative film, and onscreen poetry, depicting the seemingly endless voyage of five Vampires to an unnamed planet; the Immortal protagonists have all of eternity at their disposal.
