(1876-1923) UK author, a cousin of William Butler Yeats, fairly prolific author of magazine fiction 1910-1920; she is of sf interest mainly for Grey Ghost (January-August 1910 The Grand Magazine; coll of linked stories 1910) which follows the adventures of a Villain anarchist who owns a fleet of advanced Airships, and plans to disrupt the world by selling out to Germany.
