(1880-1972) UK artist, playwright and author, none of her plays being significantly fantasticated; she is of mild sf interest for the Equipoisal Pandora's Shocks (1927), whose protagonist, a Scientist, uses his skills to extract an Avatar in the form of a genie from his own body. The genie has romantic adventures. [JC]
