(? - ) US author who shapes his work around his Christian faith (see Religion); he began to publish work of genre interest with "Breath of the Cherubim" in X Marks the Spot (anth 2020) edited by Lisa Mangum. The young protagonist of the Young Adult Steal Fire from the Gods (2023), which is set in a distant Near Future, loses his faith when AI-driven War Technologies, allied with Magic, seem to win the day; but Antaeus-like he regains his strength from the spirituality of the earth itself. The young protagonist of the Young-Adult Echo Nova (2024) is given a chance to participate in a reality television series whose settings (enabled by Time Travel) are various exciting eras; but the corporation manipulating these realities is not to be trusted, he feels.
