(? -? ) UK author of a Lost Race tale, The Power of Ula (1906), set initially in London, where the eponymous white queen-in-waiting of an Aztec civilization descended from Atlantis hypnotizes the protagonists, who awaken in the Andes. Here, in the empire of Valdi, which is matriarchal, advanced Technology threatens male supremacy and the rule of law in general.
