(1940-1993) US fan and bibliographer, known in fandom as Drew Whyte, who was a founder of NESFA (New England Science Fiction Association) in 1965. In Bibliography his main work was the compilation with Anthony R Lewis of several volumes of The N.E.S.F.A. Index to Science Fiction Magazines and Original Anthologies during 1973-1984. Solo he produced The New SF Bulletin Index to SF Books, 1974 (1974 chap). Further collaborations were the Anne McCaffrey index/bibliography Anne McCaffrey: A "Dragondex" and Bibliography (1975 chap) with Wendy Glasser and the Poul Anderson study The Collector's Poul Anderson (1976 chap) with David Stever.
