Awards Season 2026

Several genre award shortlists were recently released, including the British Science Fiction Association Awards and the Nebulas. Nominations for the Hugos are still in process: the shortlist is expected in April and will be added to the list below. Still relatively new are the Aldiss Award (in memory of Brian Aldiss) for sf/fantasy worldbuilding, currently at the longlist stage, and the Climate Fiction Prize. This year the British Book Awards or "Nibbies" have added a science fiction and fantasy category. Here are the links....
