(? -? ) Apparently a UK author, but not the Duncan Campbell whose War Plan UK (1982) excoriatingly exposed the inadequacies of UK Civil Defence plans in the 1980s; the earlier Campbell is the author of a Utopia, The Last Millionaire: A Tale of the Old World and the New (1923), whose eponymous tycoon protagonist helps effect a better world with nationalized land resources and an upper limit on incomes.
